乌贝散合黄芪建中汤治疗反流性食管炎63例临床观察

目的 观察乌贝散合黄芪建中汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效.方法 将126例反流性食管炎患者随机分为2组.对照组63例予西医常规治疗,治疗组63例在对照组治疗基础上加用乌贝散合黄芪建中汤加减治疗.2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察治疗前后胃镜积分、症状积分.结果 治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率82.54%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后胃镜积分、症状积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组治疗后降低优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 乌贝散合黄芪建中汤治疗反流性食管疗效确切.

Observation of reflux esophagitis treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating reflux esophagitis. Methods 126 cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into the control group with routine western medicine treatment and treatment group with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,63 patients in each group. The course was four weeks in two groups. The therapeutic effect,gastroscope score and symptoms score were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （ 95.24% ） was higher than that in control group（ 82.54% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment on the gastroscope score and symptoms score in two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The decrease of treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has definite effect in treatment of reflux esophagitis.
