摘    要:目的:建立检测制剂中非法掺入的硝苯地平的专属性方法。方法-采用液相色谱-质谱联用法。选用Venusil MP C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.01mol·L^-1醋酸铵-乙腈(30:70)为流动相,对中药制剂的提取液进行液相色谱-质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外及质谱行为相比较,对中药制剂中非法掺入的硝苯地平进行定量测定和定性鉴别。结果:在中药制剂中检出硝苯地平,回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.4%(n=6)。结论:方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为检测中药制剂中非法掺入硝苯地平。

Abstract:Objective : To develop a specific method for the identification nifedipine illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine. Method:The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used. The Venusil MP C18 column( 150mm ×4. 6mn,5μm) was used, the mobile phase was 0.01 mol^-1. L ammonium acetate solution - acetonitrile ( 30: 70) . The organic extraction of traditional Chinese preparation was analyzed, the nifedipine illegally added into the traditional Chinese medicine was identified according to the spectrum,chromatographic behavior and mass spectral data by comparison with those of reference substances. Result:The nifedipine was founded in the traditional Chinese medicine. ,The average recovery was 98.7% ,RSD was 0. 4% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion :Themethod is selective and sensitive, it can be used for delermination the nifedipine illegally mixed into traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
