摘 要: | 目的:优化1-甲基-3-丙基-4-硝基吡唑-5-甲酰胺的合成工艺。方法运用甲苯溶液作溶剂,并利用单因素和正交设计试验优化方法对甲苯的用量进行优化。结果最佳条件为:甲苯(a)10.9当量、甲苯(b)3.6当量、甲苯(c)7.3当量,产率96.7%。结论优化后的合成工艺使产物稳定性和产率得到提高,适合进行扩大规模生产。

Abstract: | Objective To optimize the synthetic process of 1-methyl-3-propyl-4-nitro pyrazole-5-formamide.Meth-ods Using toluene as solvent ,and using the single factor text and orthogonal design to optimize the dosage of toluene solvent.Results The optimal conditions were as follows:10.9 equivalent toluene(a),3.6 equivalent toluene(b), 7.3 equivalent toluene(c).The yield was 96.7%.Conclusion The results showed that the product stability and yield was improved by the optimized synthetic process which was suitable for scale -up production . |
