摘    要:阀冷系统漏水检测是通过监测膨胀水箱水位来实现。目前,漏水告警定值是假设于阀冷系统有较严重的漏水,而对于水量缓慢减少的情况无法有效进行检测。通过研究换流站阀冷系统内冷水管路结构特点,分析影响膨胀水箱水位的主要因素,结合实际运行的内冷水管路参数,提出有效检测内冷水水位的方法。

Abstract:Leakage detection for the valve cooling system is realized by monitoring the water level in the expansion tank. Leakage alarm valuing, currently based on the assumption of quite serious leakage in the valve cooling system, cannot detect slow decrease of water volume effectively. This paper discusses the structural features of the internal cooling water pipeline of the valve cooling system at the convertor station, analyzes main factors affecting the water level of the expansion tank, and under consideration of the parameters of internal cooling water pipelines in actual operation proposes a method that can effectively monitor the level of the internal cooling water.
