摘    要:甘肃是我国太阳能资源最丰富的地区之一,已经建设了一批大型光伏发电站。在高效利用光伏资源的同时,光伏发电站并网点电能质量一直是需要关注的问题。根据光伏发电站输出功率波动的特点,按照输出功率划分测试数据,分析并网点三相不平衡度、闪变、电流谐波、间谐波、高频分量等指标,研究光伏输出的电能质量测试问题。通过对甘肃河西某50 MWp光伏发电站不同输出功率下电能质量实测,对比分析得到输出功率波动对并网电能质量的影响。

Test and Analysis of Photovoltaic Power Quality Based on Power Interval Division
Abstract:Gansu is an area with the most abundant solar energy resources where a number of large-scale photovoltaic power plants have been built.At the same time of efficient use of solar resources,the power quality of solar power stations at grid connection spot has been the issue for concern.In accordance with the fluctuation characteristics of the power output by PV power plant,the test data are grouped as per to the output power with an analysis of the indices of the grid connection spot including triphase asymmetry,flicker, current harmonics,inter-harmonics and high frequency components to investigate the test issues of the power quality output by PV power plant.Through the actual measurement and comparative analysis of the power quality under different output power in a 50MWp PV power station located at Hexi Gansu it is available to obtain the impact of output power fluctuations to the power quality connected to the grid.
