全球化时代要求人们认识世界以全球观。特别是我国的油气生产管理部门，为了解决国民生产总值连续多年高速度发展带来的油气安全问题，认识全球油气具有分带性的特点，在世界范围内进行油气勘探与开发，有利于获取更大的经济效益。地球的强中纬力是影响地球范围最广的作用力之一，它不仅是形成大洋环流、大气环流的重要作用力，也是影响地下油气运移的重要作用力之一，受强中纬力影响，全球油气受力大小具有区带性。全球油气的受力作用可以分为5个区带。

GLOBAL OUTLOOK ON THE MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF OIL AND GAS MIGRATION

It is necessary for us to understand the world with a global outlook in the times of globalism.Especially in order to solve the oil and gas security problem caused by the high speed development of gross national product for many year in succession,the oil and gas production and management departments must recognize that the oil and gas distribution in the world is of zonality and go aboard to help the other countries in oil and gas exploration and development, thus obtaining more economic returns.The earth’s strong middle latitudinal force is one of the acting forces affecting the widest scope of the world. It is not only the important acting force of forming ocean circulation and air circulation but also one of the important acting forces of influencing oil and gas migration.Because of the effect of the strong middle latitudinal force, the distribution of the global petroleum’s being forced possesses zonality and the whole globe may be divided into five zones according to the magnitude of the petroleum’s being forced.
