单周期控制单相两级有源功率因数校正器的研究

摘    要:在分析功率因数校正器(PFC)主电路工作原理基础上,推导出单周期控制的单相两级有源PFC的控制方程,进而构建单周期控制原理框图。通过Matlab Simulink等对单周期控制方式的效果进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,单周期控制方式能使输入电流相位跟踪输入电压相位,输出电压基本保持恒定,总电流谐波含量为6.33%,功率因数为0.997,达到了抑制电流谐波、稳定输出电压的目的,且能简化电路结构。

Abstract:Based on the operating principle for the main circuit of the power factor correction(PFC),the control equation was derived from mathematical deduction for the single-phase and two-stage PFC controlled by one-cycle,and then the one-cycle control schematic diagram was constructed.The effectiveness of the one-cycle control method was simulated and evaluated by Matlab/Simulink.The results show that it can make the phase of input current track the phase of input voltage.The output voltage keeps invariable,the harmonic fractions of the current was 6.33% and the power factor(PF) is 0.997.Thus,the one-cycle control method could suppress the harmonic current,stabilize the output voltage and simplify the circuit structure.
