戊二醛交联PVA/PAN复合膜渗透汽化性能的实验研究

摘    要:研究了戊二醛交联时间对PVA/PAN复合膜分离性能的影响,并用于乙醇水溶液的分离。结果表明,交联处理存在着最优时间。对应于最优交联时间的膜,当料液中乙醇质量分数(wE)为96.2%,料液温度(t)为70℃时,渗透通量(Jt)为337(g·m-2·h-1),分离因数(αW/E)为389.7。进一步考察了料液质量分数为30%~98.3%,料液温度为50~78℃时,交联膜的分离性能。

Abstract:The duration of crosslinking reaction of a PVA/ PAN composite membrane by glutaradehyde was studied. Pervaporation test s of water2ethanol mixture through the crosslinked membrane were performed. The result s showed there is optional duration of crosslinking reaction , after which the permeation flux of the membrane was 337 (g·m-2 ·h-1 ) and the separation factor 389.7 when the feed concent ration of ethanol was 96.2%(massf raction) and feed temperature 70 ℃. Pervaporation test s with feed concent ration of ethanol from 30% to 98.3% (massf raction) and feed temperature f rom 50℃ to 78℃were also performed to study the influence of operation factors.
