阵发性心房颤动患者C-反应蛋白、溶血磷脂酸变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨阵发性心房颤动(房颤)患者血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)变化及其与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对78例阵发性房颤患者(冠心病组32例、亚临床冠状动脉粥样硬化组24例、单纯房颤组22例)和30名健康人采用比浊散射法及有机溶剂抽提法,分别检测血浆CRP及LPA含量。结果冠心病组和亚临床冠状动脉粥样硬化组血浆CRP、LPA含量分别为(5.38±1.95)mg/L、(6.80±1.64)umol/L和(5.15±1.13)mg/L、(5.88±1.35)umol/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05),但均高于单纯房颤组(1.65±0.45)mg/L、(2.18±0.33)umol/L]和正常组(1.24±0.35)mg/L、(1.83±0.31)umol/L](P均〈0.01);后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。冠心病组、亚临床冠状动脉粥样硬化组CRP与LPA的相关系数分别为0.783、0.762,呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论CRP及LPA对冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有促进作用,与阵发性房颤无明显关系。

The alterations and significances of plasma C-reactive protein and lysophosphatidic acid in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between changes of the content of plasma C-reactive Protein (CRP) and Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and coronary atherosclerosis. Methods 78 cases of CRP and LPA in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (Coronary atherosclerosis disease (CAD) group n=32, subclinical coronary atherosclerosis (CAS) group n=24, pure atrial fibrillation (PAF) group n=22 and 30 cases of them in normal persons as control were detected by immunereinforced projective turbidimetry and organic solvent extraction respectively. Results Plasma CRP and LPA of CAD group and CAS group were (5.38±1.95)mg/L,(6.80±1.64)umol/L and (5.15±1.13)mg/L, (5.88±1.35) umo/L, respectively,higher than that in PAF group (1.65±0.45)mg/L, (2.18±0.33)umol/L] and control group (1.24±0.35)mg/L, (1.83±0.31)umol/L],all P〈0.01. No difference was shown in the CRP and LPA between PAF group and the control one(P〉0.05 ). There were positive correlation between CRP and LPA in CAD group and CAS group (r=0.783,0.762, respectively, all P〈0.01). Conclusion The results indicate that elevated CRP and LPA contribute to the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis, there no relationship between the level of CRP and LPA and Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
