| Abstract: | Let Fq be a finite field of characteristic 2.Taking K = Then the set of 1dimensional isotropic subspaces over Fq is taken as a set of treatments to construct an association scheme and PBIB designs with two associative classes.The parameters involved in the designs are also computed. |
