电弧炉炼钢用氧模块化控制理论及工业应用

摘    要:针对电弧炉炼钢使用氧气过量,提出了电弧炉炼钢用氧模块化控制理论。通过运用此理论中的模块化控制原理与分时段控制原理来控制各时段供氧量,可以获得电弧炉炼钢最优供氧曲线。目前,该系统已成功应用于电弧炉炼钢生产,解决了电炉弧炼钢氧耗高、金属收得率低、电极和导电横臂氧化严重等问题,同时还取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Aimed at the high oxygen consumption in EAF, the modularized theory of oxygen blowing in EAF was proposed It includes the technique of modularized control and that of different control in different period The optimized oxygen blowing curves could be received by controlling the oxygen flux of different model in different time At present the system has been successfully applied on EAF steelmaking The problems were solved like high oxygen consumption, low metal gaining ration, excessive oxidation of electrode and conducting electricity crossbeam and so on and better effect was got
