摘    要:为了解决仿真过程中网格畸变导致的计算终止以及计算精度与效率低等问题,本文利用Python对ABAQUS有限元仿真软件进行了二次开发,提出一种二维局部网格动态细化算法。该算法通过研究网格细化准则和细化方法以及物理场的传递过程,完成了整个算法程序的开发,并应用该算法实现了在二维切削仿真中局部网格动态细化。与全局加密网格的模型相比,在保证仿真精度误差为5%以内的情况下,采用局部网格动态细化时计算效率提高了210%。最后,通过试验验证了采用该算法所建立的二维切削仿真模型的准确性,仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:To solve the problem of computation termination, low computational precision and efficiency caused by mesh distortion during simulation, this paper conducts the secondary development of the ABAQUS software through python. A two-dimensional local mesh dynamic refinement algorithm is proposed. The development of the whole algorithm program is completed by studying the algorithm of the mesh refinement criterion and refinement method and the transfer process in the physics field. The algorithm is applied to two-dimensional cutting simulation to realize dynamic refinement of local mesh. Compared with the model of global encrypted mesh, the computational efficiency of local mesh dynamic refinement is improved by 210% when the simulation accuracy error is within 5%. Finally, the accuracy of the two-dimensional cutting simulation model established by the algorithm is verified by experiments. The simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
