年轻女性癌症患者生育忧虑与抑郁的相关性研究——以乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院为例

目的 调查年轻女性癌症患者抑郁现状,并分析与生育忧虑之间的关系。方法 选取397名年轻女性癌症患者,患者填写中文版癌症后生育忧虑量表及病人健康问卷-9进行调查。结果 研究对象中轻度及无抑郁者92例(23.20%),中度抑郁者197例(49.60%),重度及极重度抑郁者108例(27.20%)。调整婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、家庭月收入和癌症类型等混杂因素后,生育忧虑仍是抑郁的危险因素(OR=2.423,95%CI:1.824~3.219);6个生育忧虑维度(担忧生育能力、担忧配偶知情、不孕接受度、担忧自身健康、担忧子女健康、担忧备孕)均与抑郁存在关联。结论 年轻女性癌症患者的抑郁程度较高,且生育忧虑为其风险因素,医务人员应针对个体忧虑状况采取有效的心理干预策略。

Correlation between reproductive apprehension and depression in young female cancer patients:a Grade III-A hospital in Urumqi

Objective To investigate the current status of depression among young female cancer patients,and to explore the correlation between reproductive apprehension and depression.Methods A total of 397 young female cancer patients were selected.The participants were asked to fill in questionnaires including Reproductive Concerns After Cancer Scale and Patient Health Questionnaire-9.Results Among the subjects,92 patients(23.20%)had mild or no depression,197 patients(49.60%)had moderate depression,and 108 patients(27.20%)had severe or extremely severe depression.After adjustment for confounders(such as marital status,education level,occupation,family monthly income,cancer type and so on),reproductive apprehension was risk factors for depression(OR=2.423,95%CI:1.824~3.219);reproductive apprehension factors(pregnancy ability,partner/spouse informed,infertility acceptance,personal health,children health and pregnancy)were correlated with the risk of depression in young female cancer patients.Conclusion Young women with cancer have a higher degree of depression,and reproductive apprehension were risk factors for depression.Medical staff should adopt an effective psychological intervention strategy for individual anxiety.
