| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了等离子体聚合方法的特点，综述了等离子体聚合反应的几种合成装置，分析了流速，功率，压力以及基片温度等工艺参数对聚合反应的影响，讨论了等离子体聚合物的结构特点与表征的方法，并对等离子体聚合物的结构特点与表征的方法，并对等离子体聚合及改性在光学，电子以及生物医学领域中的最新应用作了介绍。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the basic features of plasma polymerization are stated.Synthesis apparatus generally used are reviewed.Some parameters influencing on plasma polymerization are presented.The structures of the polymeric films and modern analytical techniques used for characterize them are briefly discussed.Up to date applications of plasma polymerization and plasma modification in electrical,optical and biomedical fields are summarized. |
