| 摘 要： | 先后采用长片段RT-PCR、间接酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)以及特异性柯萨奇病毒B3RT-PCR对四川省冕宁县、喜德县、德昌县克山病病区潜、慢型克山病患者血清中肠道病毒、血清中CVB1-6.IgM和CVB1-6IgG及血清IgM或IgG阳性者血中的柯萨奇病毒B3分别进行检测.结果显示①肠道病毒检出率较高,为60%;②潜在型、慢型克山病组血清CVB1-6IgM抗体阳性率明显高于健康对照组(33 % v50%,P＜0.05).结果提示病区潜、慢型克山病患者有肠道病毒感染存在,且有反复发作的现象. |

| Abstract: | To study the relationship between the infection of enteroviruses and the etiology of chronic Keshan disease (KD), the 30 blood samples from the latent chronic KD patients from Mianning,Xide and Dechang county of Sichuan province were examined by using long distance enterovirus specific RTPCR (LDE PCR), two sensitive and specific ELISAs (one for CVB 1-6 IgM and the other for CVB 1-6 IgG). The results showed that: (1) The infectious rate of enteroviruses in the samples from the latent chronic KD patients was very high; (2) The CVB 1-6 IgM antibody positive rate in latent chronic KD was higher than in the control group from non endemic area (33 % vs 0, P <0.05). It was suggested that the infection of enteroviruses might be involved in the cause and development of latent chronic KD and recurrence. |
