加氢精制装置H2S污染问题解决方法

摘    要:主要介绍加氢精制装置H2S产生途径及处理对策。加氢精制装置的H2S产生于正常生产过程和催化剂预硫化过程。结合装置的特点和多年积累的经验,对石油一厂石蜡加氢精制装置进行一系列改造,采用燃烧法、分离法、反应法、吸收法、隔离法等措施,对加氢精制装置产生的H2S予以处理,实现绿色环保和本质安全。

Abstract:Formation and treatment method of sulfurated hydrogen in the hydrofining unit were introduced.Sulfurated hydrogen was generated from the hydrofining process and catalyst presulfurizing process.Combined with experiences and device characteristics,the hydrofining unit in Fushun petrochemical company No.1 refinery was transformed,produced sulfurated hydrogen was treated by some methods,such as burning,separating,reaction,absorbing,insulation and so on.
