世界空间秩序理论初探

世界空间秩序研究是国际关系学“空间转向”的一个可行切入点。世界空间秩序包含三方面基本要素：国际空间的行为主体，主体间互动形成的空间结构，以及空间结构内含的价值规范，这三大要素的现实状况构成了世界空间秩序系统基本的内在结构。全球化与区域化导致的空间整合以及信息化导致的空间重构，构成了国际社会的空间演进，推动了世界空间秩序的变革。新世界空间秩序的构建，应以空间主体多元化、体系结构平等化和价值规范合理化为基本方向。

The Theory of World Space Order

The study of the world space order is a viable starting point in terms of the Spatial Turn of International Relations. The world space order contains three basic elements, the actors of international space, the space structure made by the interac-tion between actors, and the value norms existing in the space structure. The practical situation of these three elements consti- tutes the intrinsic structure of the system of world space order. The space integration due to globalization and regionalization, and the space reconstruction as a result of informationalization, constitute the space evolution of international community. They pro-mote changes of world space order. Diversification of the actors of international space, equalization of the system structure, and rationalization of the value norms should be the basic direction in the construction of new world space order.
