| Abstract: | The present situation of rural surplus labor force is analysed and the reasons why the rural surplus labor force are formed in China are given. It is pointed out that the future of the rural surplus labor force shift will not be optimistic . And some ways and measures about how rural surplus labor force can be shifted in China are put forwards. 1) Rural surplus labor force can be absorbed in two ways, absorbed in secondary industry and tertiary industry; and digested by primary industry. 2) A united and impartial labor force market should be established and it can provide a good environment for rural surplus labor force shift .3) The models of rural surplus labor force shift between different regions should be made on the basis of the rules of rural surplus labor force distribution. |
