摘    要:针对某发电厂2台300MW机组热力系统长期存在的高压加热器钢管泄漏频繁、轴封处漏汽、高压加热器端差大、1号低压加热器凝结水温升小等问题,分析了故障造成的危害,对故障原因进行了诊断,提出了改造方法并进行了改造,解决了热力系统中存在的各种问题,使设备的运行状况恢复正常,机组经济性得到提高,为火电厂汽轮机组热力系统出现问题后的分析和改造提供参考。图3表2参2

Abstract:Taking the thermal cycles of two 300 MW units,installed in a certain power plant,which in the past often incurred tube leakages in the H.P.heaters,steam gland leakages,excessive terminal differentials of H.P.heaters,too low a temperature rise of condensate water in the No.1 L.P.heaters etc.,as the object of study,the harm done is being analyzed and the causes of the failures diagnosed.Ways of retrofit are being presented,with which various problems of the thermal cycle have been solved with the effect,that normal operation has recovered and the sets' profitability raised.Figs 3,tables 2 and refs2.
