摘    要:采用FH-UDS催化剂对FCC柴油和富硫柴油进行脱硫,考察了脱硫反应条件对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,以FCC柴油为原料,在反应温度为360℃,氢分压为6.0MPa,体积空速为1.5,1.0h-1,氢油体积比为350的条件下,柴油产品硫含量分别低于50,10μg/g,满足欧Ⅳ和欧Ⅴ标准。以富硫柴油为原料,在反应温度为345℃,氢分压为6.3MPa,体积空速为2.3h-1,氢油体积比为320的条件下,产品硫含量低于50μg/g,脱硫率可达99.6%。

Abstract:The hydrodesulfurization of catalytic cracking(FCC) diesel fuel and high -sulfur diesel fuel were conducted with catalyst FH - UDS, and the effect of reaction condition on the desulfurization was investigated. The results showed that for FCC diesel fuels, under the conditions of reaction temperature 360 ℃ , partial pressure of hydrogen 6.0 MPa, volume space velocity 1.5,1.0 h - 1 and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 350, the sulfur content in the product was below 50,10μg/g, which could meet the need of standard Euro Ⅳ and Euro Ⅴ. For high - sulfur diesel fuels,under the conditions of reaction temper- ature 345 ℃ ,partial pressure of hydrogen 6.3 MPa, volume space velocity 2.3 h-I and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 320, the sulfur content in the product was below 50μg/ g and sulfur removal ratio was 99.6%.
