摘    要:本文对磁流体密封的一般规律进行了概述,重点进行了密封间隙在不同转速,零件加工质量情况下,磁流体密封装置耐压能力的研究,得出了密封间隙过小,不但不能提高耐压能力,反而会有所下降的结论。

Abstract:The normal principles of the magnetic fluid seal were briefly described. The effect on the pressure tight capacity for the gap of the magnetic fluid seals was studied as a focal point. When the load, the work piece finishing and assembling precision were not identical. It was known by investigation that the pressure tight capacity was not better when the gap smaller, that the capacity was worse when the gap too smaller.
