| 摘 要： | 腰椎穿刺术是一项在临床上经常使用的穿刺技术,其传统的真人教学模式已不适应新的医疗形势的发展,不少医院采用模拟机械训练替代真人教学取得了一定的成果。但在实际教学过程中模拟机械训练也暴露出了缺点。针对这些缺点,医学院应采取改进措施,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | Spinal puncture is a kind of technology which is usually used in clinic.The traditional way,training in patients,fails to meet the new condition.Manikins have been used successfully in clinical training in many hospitals;however,there are many problems have emerged.To solve these problems and to improve the teaching quality,effective methods must be employed. |
