摘    要:将硅光电负阻器件与发光二极管封装在一起,利用硅光电负阻器件的双稳和自锁特性,制成了一种新型的非线性阈值可调光传感器。研究表明,该光传感器不仅可实现对信号的光电耦合,还可实现设定阈值,比较判断和输出驱动等一系列信号处理功能;同时它结构简单,调整方便。

Abstract:A new-style nonlinear light sensor of adjustable threshold has been fabricated by packaging a silicon photoelectronic negative resistance device and an LED together,and using the photo-bistable and self-locking characteristics of the negative resistance device.It is shown this light sensor can realize the photoelectronic coupling of signals,and a series of signal processing functions such as threshold setting,comparing,and output driving.It also has a simple structure and can be modulated conveniently.
