高校道德建设面临的重要问题：大学生自律弱化现象分析

当前大学生中的道德自律的状况不容乐观,造成这种状况的原因主要有当前道德规范的无序的影响;中小学、高校德育工作中的偏颇;社会伦理资源的缺乏以及社会道德制约机制的不足等。加强大学生自律品质的培养,应从激发道德美感使之产生自律的需求和动机;通过自我观察与自省反思体验个体道德发展中的缺失和遗憾;以及培养道德抉择的理性化和自我约束习惯来强化道德自律的心理与行为等方面入手。
