一种高粘度复合齿轮泵

摘    要:针对现有高粘度齿轮泵结构单一、径向力不平衡、轴承受力大造成磨损严重、流量及压力脉动大等问题,综合行星传动及齿轮泵原理,提出了将外啮合与内啮合两种结构相结合构成高粘度复合齿轮泵的设想,阐述了新型齿轮泵的结构及性能特点,得出了理论排量的计算公式。提出了以"单位排量时泵的体积最小"为优化目标,应用VisualBasic编程语言进行离散变量可视化寻优的新思路,开发了相应的系列化参数优化设计软件,优化结果满足约束条件。研究表明:新型齿轮泵的高低压腔对称、齿轮与轴受力平衡。它具有内泄漏小、轴承及泵的寿命长、输出排量成倍增加而流量脉动小等显著优点,有良好的产业化前景,可为研究开发适合我国国情的高粘度齿轮泵、实现齿轮泵产品的升级换代提供参考。

Abstract:The existing high-viscosity gear pump has the disadvantage of simple-product structure, pressure imbalance, severe wear on bearings because of the greater load, and bigger variation on displacement or pressure. In order to solve it, based on the principle of planetary gear set and gear pump, a new compound gear pump for high viscosity was constructed which combines the external pumps with internal ones. And the features, structures and the formula to calculate the displacement were also represented. A new thought to use Visual Basic language to optimize the parameters with discrete variables by taking "to minimize the pump-size per unit displacement" as a goal of the optimization was put forward, too. The software for optimization design was developed with the results obeying the constraints. The study shows that the symmetry structure of new model gear pump balances the force on gears and on the shafts. It provides obvious advantages in lowering the internal leakage, prolongs the life for bearings and the pump, and doubles and redoubles the discharge flow with smooth delivery. These merits demonstrate a better future for industrial production, which has a reference value for developing gear pumps suitable to transport high-centistoke liquids in our industry and to accelerate the upgrade and replacement for existing gear pump for heavy fluids.
