井下振动器动力学建模及振动特性分析

摘    要:根据油井的径向尺寸大小和油藏的分布特点,设计了径向尺寸小于100mm的低频弯张式振动器的壳体结构。在振动器的受力分析基础上,根据Hamiltion原理建立了拟球壳结构振动器的振动方程,进而推导了振动器的法向位移、切向位移、弯矩、振幅比和谐振频率等动力学参数的表达式。最后实例分析了振动器的谐振频率和振动模态,该频率和模态符合振动采油的要求,表明了设计井下低频采油振动器是可行的及所建立的振动器动力学方程是正确的。

Abstract:Based on the radial size of an oil well and characteristics of oil field distribution,the shell structure of a low-frequency flexional vibrator is designed,its radial size is less than 100mm.Based on the analysis of the vibrator,the vibration equation of the vibrator analogous to a spherical shell is deduced according to Hamilton principle.the expressions of dynamic parameters of the vibrator are deduced including radial displacement,tangent displacement,bending moment,amplitude ratio and resonance frequencies.At last,its resonance frequencies and vibration modes are analyzed through examples,which meet requirements of enhancing oil recovery.The results indicate that the design and the dynamic equation of the low-frequency borehole vibrator are feasible and effective.
