低分子肝素钠治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的探讨低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将30例急性脑梗死患者随机分成两组,对照组15例给予降低颅内压、控制血压等常规治疗,治疗组15例在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钠,检测比较两组治疗前后全血浆粘度、血栓形成系数、血小板聚集率以及神经功能缺损评分(NDS)。结果治疗组的总显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学各指标较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠治疗急性脑梗死近期疗效好,不良反应少。

Therapeutic effects of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective The study attempted understand the effects of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group(15 cases) received routine treatment and low molecular weight heparin,while the control group(15 cases) were treated routinely.The effects of each group were observed after the treatment.Result The effective rate among the experiment group was significantly higher than that among the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference before and after treatment as well as between the two groups(P<0.05) in the changes of plasma viscosity,Thrombus Forming coefficient,the rate of platelet aggregation(P<0.05).The NDS of the experiment group changed more significantly than that of control group.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has a significant effect on acute cerebral infarction with little adverse reaction.
