无卤阻燃玻纤增强PA66工程塑料的改性研究

摘    要:PA66是PA产品中产量最大、应用最广的品种,但存在较易燃烧、燃烧时容易起泡、滴落的缺点,极大的限制了其在各领域的进一步推广应用.目前,对PA66的改性研究主要集中在增强和阻燃两方面,玻纤增强PA66是对PA66增强改性使用最广泛的产品,本文研究不同阻燃剂对玻纤增强PA66阻燃性能的影响和增韧剂用量对无卤阻燃玻纤增强PA66综合性能的影响.研究结果为:红磷阻燃母粒和MCA按一定质量份进行复配协效阻燃,阻燃剂用量少且阻燃效果优异;马来酸酐接枝POE对无卤阻燃玻纤增强PA66体系有良好的增韧效果.

Modification research of halogen free flame retardant glass fiber reinforced PA66 engineering plastics
Abstract:PA66 is the most widely used in the production of PA, the largest species,but there are relatively easy combustion,easy blistering,burning from the shortcomings, which limit its further application in various fields.At present,the research on the modification of PA66 mainly focus on two aspects enhancement and flame retardant,glass fiber reinforced PA66 of PA66 reinforced modified the most widely used products,this paper studies different flame retardant on the flame retardant performance of glass fiber reinforced PA66 and toughening agent on halogen-free flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced effect of comprehensive performance of PA66.The results are as follows: red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch and MCA compound synergistic flame retardant according to a certain quality, less dosage of flame retardant and excellent flame retardant effect; maleic anhydride grafted POE on halogen-free flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced PA66 system has a good toughening effect.
