扎龙自然保护区蝶类资源调查及多样性分析

【目的】通过掌握扎龙国家级自然保护区蝶类多样性情况,对保护区的蝶类保护具有重要意义。【方法】采用网捕法、观察法等方法对保护区内的蝶类进行采集与观察。【结果】通过调查共观察到蝶类5科48种,698头,蛱蝶科种类最多。对不同生境内蝶类进行数据分析,杂草甸样地内蝶类多样性指数、均匀度指数均为最高,苔草沼泽样地与杂草甸样地内蝶类相似度指数最高,苔草沼泽样地与苇塘沼泽样地内相似度指数最低。【结论】研究可为该保护区日后保护蝶类生物多样性提供基础数据。

Investigation into Butterfly Resources in Zhalong Nature Reserve and the Diversity Analysis

Objectives]To grasp the diversity of butterflies in Zhalong National Nature Reserve is of great significance for the butterfly protection.Methods]The butterfly species in the reserve were collected and observed by the methods of net catching and observation.Results]Through the survey,48 species of 5 families were observed,including 698 butterflies,among which heliconidae had the most species.Based on the data analysis of butterfly species in different habitats,the diversity index and evenness index of butterfly species in the mixed meadow plots were the highest,and the similarity indexes of butterfly species in the sedge swamp and mixed meadow plots were the highest,while the similarity indexes of butterfly species in the sedge swamp and reed pond swamp were the lowest.Conclusion]The study provided basic data for the future protection of butterfly biodiversity in this reserve.
