清热利湿补肾法为主治疗痛风性肾病32例

目的：观察清热利湿补肾法为主治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法：将64例痛风性肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,两组患者均注意饮食,别嘌呤醇治疗和降压、降糖、降脂等对症处理,观察组在此基础上加用清热利湿补肾法治疗,均连续治疗3月,对比观察两组患者治疗后血尿酸、肾功能改善情况和总体疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、血尿酸均有不同程度下降,较治疗前差异均具有统计学意义（△P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组的BUN、Scr、血尿酸均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组整体疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：清热利湿补肾法为主治疗痛风性肾病能明显降低患者血尿酸,改善肾功能和临床症状,且较单纯西药治疗优。

Treating 32 cases of gouty nephropathy by Qingre Lishi Bushen therapy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating gouty nephropathy by Qingre Lishi Bushen therapy.Methods： Divide 64 cases of patients with gouty nephropathy into observation group and control group,each for 32 cases,the patients of the two groups all attention to diet,treat with allopurinol,and do antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and other symptomatic treatment, on the bases,observation group was treated with Qingre Lishi Bushen therapy,treating for 3 months,observe the blood uric acid, improvement of renal function and overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Result：BUN,Scr,serum uric acid of the two group decreased in varying degrees after treatment,compared with before treatment,the difference had statistically significant（△P〈0.05）;BUN, Scr,serum uric acid of observation group were lower than that of control group,the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The overall efficacy of observation group than that of control group,the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating gouty nephropathy by Qingre Lishi Bushen therapy can reduce the serum uric acid;Impove renal function and clinical symptoms,better than single Western medicine treatment.
