| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋菌（Helicobacter Pylori,HP）感染阳性慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将HP感染阳性的慢性浅表性胃炎200例患者随机分为西药组及中西药合用组,治疗结束后观察其临床疗效及HP清除率。结果：治疗组的临床疗效及HP清除率均优于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗HP感染阳性的慢性浅表性胃炎临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Observation on treating helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the combination therapy of Helicobacter pylori （Helicobacter Pylori, HP） infection were chronic superficial gastritis clinical efficacy. HP infection positive approach to chronic superficial gastritis 200 patients randomly assigned to medication group and in the western medicine group, after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy and HP clearance rate. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and HP clearance rate than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HP infection in combination therapy of chronic superficial gastritis positive clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion. |
