| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床效果。方法：将60例患2型糖尿病并出现周围神经病变的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。在饮食控制和降糖药物治疗的基础上，治疗组用补阳还五汤加味治疗，对照组口服维生素B1和甲钴胺片治疗，均以4周为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论：补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。

Observation of treating 60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Buyang Huanwu soup |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Buyang Huanwu soup. Methods： 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy occur in patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 30 cases, on the treatment basis of diet and hypoglycemic drugs, treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu soup ,control group was treated with vitamin B1 and methylcobalamin tablets, which are 4 weeks for a course treatment, after 3 courses ,statisticed the effect. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group, which had significant difference （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu soup treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better. |
