| 摘 要： | 随着现代医学科学技术的快速发展,以学习新理论、新知识和新方法为主的继续医学教育,作为终身教育的重要组成部分逐渐融入医生的职业生涯。继续医学教育体系的建立和有效运转是保证继续医学教育基本条件。如何真正把继续医学教育的工作落到实处?应该建立规范化、行之有效的继续医学教育的管理方法。本文就如何完善继续医学教育制度建设、丰富教学资源、提高教学质量、推进监督考核、加强继教宣教的环节管理进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of modern medical technology,continuing medical education(CME) featured with education of new theories,medical knowledge and novel methods has been incorporated into a medical practitioner's career as an important part in lifelong education.The establishment of a CME system and its effective operation are basic requirements for CME.Standard and effective managerial methods of CME are prerequisites to guarantee CME programs.In this paper we probe and provide insights into how to improve the CME system,enrich educational resources,improve teaching quality,carry out supervision and evaluation,and increase CME publicity. |
