| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于DSP的炉膛火焰图像处理系统,该系统由CPLD及多输入单输出系统组成的图像采集系统和TMS320C6201联合使用,实现了高速连续的视频帧采集,满足了火焰图像处理的实时性需要.在图像处理方法中,用一种等温曲线表示火焰不同部分的温度,更能清楚地显示火焰图像的各部分温度,有利于操作人员更直观地了解炉膛内的燃烧情况,并有利于以后计算机进行模式识别.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the furnace flame image processing system based up DSP.With the use of the TMS320C6201 digital processing system,the Complex Program Logic Device,the multiple input and single output image acquisition system,one can implement a continuous video frame acquisition while satisfying the real- time need of flame image processing.During flame image processing,a isothermal curve may be used to indicate the temperature distribution of the flame image.This information can help operators understand the condition of furnace combustion and in the future,help them complete pattern recognition by computers. |
