活血通脉片对急性心肌缺血犬血浆ET,TXB_2及6-keto-PGF_(1a)的影响

摘    要:目的:观察活血通脉片(HXTMT)对实验性急性心肌缺血状态下犬血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素(6-keto-PGF1a)活性的影响.方法:采用结扎冠脉,造成犬急性心肌缺血、心肌梗塞动物模型,经颈外静脉插管至冠状静脉窦,测定冠脉结扎15min(药前)及药后不同实验时间点血浆ET、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的含量.结果:实验结果提示,与对照组比较,活血通脉片能降低血浆ET和TXB2水平(P<0.05~P<0.001)提高6-keto-PGF1a活性(P<0.001),增加6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2的比值(P<0.01).结论:活血通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血犬ET、TXB2及6-keto-PGF1a有明显影响,提示该药对急性心肌缺血有保护作用.

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects of HXTMT on the activity of plasma ET, TXB2 and 6ketoPGF1a in canines with acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS: The coronary artery ligation was employed to establish the acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction model with canines. The coronary sinus cannulas were inserted through the external jugular vein and the content of ET, TXB2 and 6ketoPGF1a was measured 15 min before the ligature and also detected at different time points after the ligature. RESULTS: It was indicated that in acute mydcardial ischemia canines, the plasma ET and TXB2 increased significantly. Compared with the control, HXTMT not only significantly reduced the increased ET and TXB2 content(P<0.05P<0.001), but also increased markedly the activity of 6ketoPGF1a (P<0.001), and the ratio of 6ketoPGF1a/TXB2 (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: HXTMT has obvious effects on ET, TXB2 and 6ketoPGF1a in acute myocardial ischemia canines. It is suggested that HXTMT has notable protective effects on the acute myocardial ischemia.
