矿井二级隔离式直流电源的设计

摘    要:雷击是造成矿井仪器装备损坏、影响运行数据稳定性和连续性的重要因素。采用单片机和ENC28J60实现直流电源二级隔离,阐述了二级隔离的设计原理,给出了部分硬件电路和上位机软件模块的设计过程。该系统对于防雷电和需要远程监控的无人值守矿井具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:The instruments and equipments in the mine are damaged mostly by the lightning.The lightning is a main factor to affect the stability and continuity of operation data.This paper introducs an idea which achieved second level isolation of DC power supply by using of single ship computer and ENC28J60.Elaborating the second level isolation's design principle,part of the hardware circuit and the software programming of the upper computer modules design process are given.The system is well pragmatic value in the unattended mine which lightning protection and needed remote monitoring.
