粉煤灰海工高性能混凝土耐久性试验

摘    要:结合课题,采用规定的试验方法对掺与不掺粉煤灰的三个配合比混凝土的耐久性进行了试验研究和对比分析.结果表明,掺一定量粉煤灰的混凝土提高了混凝土的抗渗性和抗氯离子渗透能力,同时也提高了混凝土的抗冻融性能,对混凝土碱骨料反应也有一定的抑制作用,掺一定量优质粉煤灰的高性能混凝土,其抗硫酸盐的性能较好,而混凝土的抗碳化能力并没有明显减弱.因此,掺一定量粉煤灰的混凝土可改善混凝土的微观结构,从而使海工高性能混凝土具有良好的耐久性能.

Abstract:Three proportions of concrete mixtures mixed with or without fly ash have been studied in durability and analyzed contrastively with given test ways in this paper. The results show that the impermeability,the anti-chloride corrosion capability and the anti-freezing-melting capablity of the concrete mixed with fly ash are incresed obviously. The fly ash is also the fine inhibitor to alkali-aggregate reaction. The concrete mixed with high-performance fly ash has better property in resisting sulphate,and its anti-carbonization capablity is not decreased apparently. Therefore,the microcosmic structure of concrete can be improved by mixing fly ash,which make the ocean-engineering high-performance concrete have better properties in durability.
