陶瓷砂三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯在缸体生产中的应用

摘    要:介绍了陶瓷砂的特点,不同原砂配合对比试验表明:单一陶瓷砂的混砂方案强度最高且发气量最低。在实际生产中,应采用粒度较粗的宝珠砂,并选用热稳定性较高的树脂,将原砂使用温度控制在15-40℃;同时要检验芯砂的即时抗拉强度和终强度,作为调整树脂加入量的依据。

Abstract:The characteristics of ceramic sand was introduced.The comparison of mixtures consisted of different raw sands showed that the mixture consisted from single ceramic sand had the most high strength and lowest gas evolution.It is suggested in the practical production to adopt the pearl sand with relatively big grain size,adopt the resin with relatively higher thermal stability,control the usage temperature of the raw sand in the range of 15~40 ℃,as well as check the instant and final tensile strength which should be taken as the base for the resin addition amount adjustment.
