| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨PBL联合CBL及LBL模式在骨科实习教学中的作用.方法：对98名骨科实习生随机分为两组,进行PBL＋ CBL＋ LBL模式与传统的CBL＋ LBL模式的对照研究,通过问卷调查和出科考核的数据评价教学效果.结果：问卷调查结果及出科考核成绩显示,PBL＋ CBL＋ LBL组明显高于传统CBL＋LBL组（P＜0.05）.结论：PBL＋ CBL＋ LBL有助于提高教学质量,培养了学生临床思维和分析、解决问题的能力.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL and LBL in clinica2 teaching in the department of or- thopaedics. Methods ： 98 interns were divided into two groups randomly, and the teaching modes of PBL ＋ CBL ＋ LBL and the CBL ＋ LBL were adopted respectively. In the end of internship, a comparison was made between the two groups with data from questionnaires and examinations. Results ： The questionnaire and the scores of tests revealed that the group （ PBL ＋ CBL ＋ LBL） is significantly higher than those of the traditional group （ CBL ＋ LBL）. Conclusion ： The teaching mode of PBL ＋ CBL ＋ LBL is better than that of the CBL ＋ LBL. The former contributes to the improvement of education quality. |
