PBL联合CBL及LBL模式在骨科实习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨PBL联合CBL及LBL模式在骨科实习教学中的作用.方法:对98名骨科实习生随机分为两组,进行PBL+ CBL+ LBL模式与传统的CBL+ LBL模式的对照研究,通过问卷调查和出科考核的数据评价教学效果.结果:问卷调查结果及出科考核成绩显示,PBL+ CBL+ LBL组明显高于传统CBL+LBL组(P<0.05).结论:PBL+ CBL+ LBL有助于提高教学质量,培养了学生临床思维和分析、解决问题的能力.

Application of teaching method of PBL combined CBL and LBL in clinical education in department of orthopaedics

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL and LBL in clinica2 teaching in the department of or- thopaedics. Methods : 98 interns were divided into two groups randomly, and the teaching modes of PBL + CBL + LBL and the CBL + LBL were adopted respectively. In the end of internship, a comparison was made between the two groups with data from questionnaires and examinations. Results : The questionnaire and the scores of tests revealed that the group ( PBL + CBL + LBL) is significantly higher than those of the traditional group ( CBL + LBL). Conclusion : The teaching mode of PBL + CBL + LBL is better than that of the CBL + LBL. The former contributes to the improvement of education quality.
