| 摘 要： | 高职院校工学结合的人才培养模式已成为国际职业教育公认的实用型人才培养的有效途径.讨论了高职院校实施工学结合人才培养模式的理论依据、背景,回顾了我校商务、旅游英语专业实施工学结合的具体措施,分析了在实际运作过程中存在的问题,并提出了个人的一些看法,以期改革以课堂为中心的传统教育模式,加强学校与企业、社会的合作,培养复合型英语人才.

| Abstract: | Training pattern characterized by integrating work and study in vocational colleges has now been internationally acknowledged as an effective way to foster practical talents.The background,theories and ways of implementing this training pattern in vocational colleges were discussed.Specific measures of integrating work and study in Business English and Tourism English majors were elaborated.Problems were analyzed and suggestions were made in hoping of helping reform the traditional classroom-centered teaching mode,strengthen the cooperation among college,enterprises and the society and foster interdisciplinary talents. |
