化疗联合经气管镜氩等离子体凝固治疗中央型肺癌的临床研究

目的探讨给予含铂方案全身化疗联合经支气管镜氩等离子体凝固技术治疗中央型非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法经支气管镜对21例中央型非小细胞肺癌患者进行1～3次氩等离子体凝固联合2～8次化疗,并从支气管狭窄再通疗效、气促好转、体力状况变化等方面进行评价。结果 21例患者经氩等离子体凝固及化疗后症状改善、病情好转,Karnofsky体力状况评分明显提高。结论化疗联合经支气管镜应用氩等离子体凝固技术治疗中央型肺癌安全有效。

Clinical research of chemotherapy and bronchoscopic argon plasma coagulation for treatment of central type lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and the safety of platinum containing regimens of systemic chemotherapy and argon plasma coagulation via bronchoscopy for treatment of central type non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Overall 21 patients with central type non-small cell lung cancer were selected and treated with argon plasma coagulation 1 to 3 times via bronchoscopy and 2 to 8 times of chemotherapy.The evaluation included the location of the airway lesions,the degree of obstruction,dyspnea index and the karnofsky scores. Results 21 patients with argon plasma coagulation and chemotherapy symptoms were improved after treatment, and condition were improved, karnofsky score was significantly improved. Conclusion argon plasma coagulation via bronchoscope with chemotherapy is an effective and safe method to treat central type non-small cell lung cancer.
