摘    要:多组分前置酸压裂技术主要针对低渗透油田的储层特征,在压裂之前先行挤注低伤害缓速酸液体系,依靠压裂和酸液的酸蚀指进压开地层并使裂缝扩展。本技术主要通过酸液溶蚀提高储层渗透性、抑制粘土矿物膨胀、溶解压裂液滤饼及残胶、酸压缝内填充支撑剂提高导流能力等4个方面的作用来提高改造效果。通过在姬塬油田的现场的试验,措施后,油井产液、产油上升较快,含水平稳,有效率100%,有效期长,平均单井日增油2.35t,取得较好效果,对低渗砂岩储层有较好的适应性,为长庆低渗油田的改造提供了一项新的技术措施。

Abstract:The multi-component Pad-acid fracturing technology squeezes low injury retarder acid systems before fracturing, rely on the pressure of fracturing and acid etching to open formation and crack propagation pressure. A major role of this technology is improving reservoir permeability、inhibiting clay mineral expansion、dissolution of the fracturing fluid filter cake adhesive residue 、improve the conductivity and other aspects of the role to improve the effect of reconstruction. The tests in Jiyuan oilfield show that fluid and oil production increased rapidly but water smooth in oil wells, the success rate is 100 % and had a long valid period , the average single well increased oil 2.35 t,the effect of increasing oil is obvious. Pad-acid fracturing technology has a better adaptability to the low permeability sandstone reservoirs and provides a new technology for the transformation of low permeability oilfield in Changqing.
