电控单体泵上应用二甲醚的模拟计算研究

摘    要:根据电控单体泵的工作原理并针对二甲醚燃料的理化特性,建立了二甲醚电控单体泵喷射系统的数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink软件对该系统进行了仿真,同在电控单体泵上应用柴油的喷射特性相比,结果表明:在仅改变起喷压力的条件下,二甲醚的喷射压力峰值降低,循环供油量减少;针阀升程曲线呈三角形,上升和下降速度变慢;减小面积比,增大喷射脉宽,可以提高该燃料在该系统上的喷射性能。

Abstract:A mathematic model of EUP and the simulation software of the EUP system using of the Matlab/simulink are established on the basis of the working principles of Electronic Unit Pump (EUP), the physical and chemical characters of Dimethyl Ether (DME). The study demonstrates that by comparing the results obtained from the diesel in EUP, both of the maximum injection pressure and the quantity of fuel in a circulation decrease substantially; the curve of lift of valve in injection is similar to triangle, in which the up and down rate is lower when the fuel is DME. In order to attain better injection performances of the system, it is required to increase the width of the pulse and decrease the ratio of the area between the pump and the spout of the injector.
