褐藻酸钠的提取及抑菌性研究

摘    要:从新鲜海带中提取褐藻酸钠,进而研究了体外固态培养法中褐藻酸钠对4种微生物生长的影响。结果表明,一定质量浓度的褐藻酸钠对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、霉菌和酵母菌的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,褐藻酸钠抑制4种菌的最低抑菌质量浓度分别为10,10,8,6.7 mg/mL。对真菌的抑制作用强于细菌,对革兰氏阳性细菌的抑制作用强于阴性细菌。

Abstract:Sodium alginate was extracted from Laminnaria Japonica and its effects on the growth of four microorganisms cultured with solid medium was studied in vitro. Results showed that Escherichia coil, Bacillus subtilis, Filamentous fungi and S. cerevisiae could be inhibited to different degrees by sodium alginate with certain concentrations and the least inhibition concentrations were respectively 10, 10, 8 and 6, 7 mg/mL. The inhibitive effect on Eumycota was better than on bacteria and that on Gram-positive bacteria was better than on Gram-negative bacteria.
