| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the optimization and process control of project management. Special attention has been paid to the optimization of process-cost, process-cost-quality and project quarterly control in China and overseas. This paper describes the main researching methods on project optimization and process control and discusses the future tendency in this field. |
