摘    要:以资源丰富、品种繁多的水果生产加工成营养丰富、各具特色的水果酒,不仅能振兴果酒行业.还具有支援农业的重要意义。更是符合酒类生产向健康、安全、个性化发展趋势的产业发展政策。发展果酒业已刻不容缓,需要产、销各方通力合作,以科技为动力,推出创新产品,扩大宣传,引导消费,以振兴果酒。其关键是做好产品的选型、实施因材施艺、控制发酵条件、稳定产品质量.(孙悟)

Abstract:The development of fruit wine with individualized features could not only revive fruit wine industry but also give support to agricultural development. Besides, it was in line with future wine industry development trend (health, safety and individualized development). Accordingly, the development of fruit wine industry admitted of no delay, which depended on advanced techniques and was in need of good cooperation between production and sales, adequate consumption guidance, and active product promotion in public. The application of proper technique (such as control of fermentation conditions to ensure product quality stability) to individualize wine products was the key in the development of fruit wine.
