高铬铸铁表面缺陷焊补技术

摘    要:采用手工电弧补焊技术,对高铬铸铁小型磨辊类铸件缺肉缺陷进行修补补焊。选择与铸件同质的高铬铸铁焊条DJ052/D656,焊条直径为4mm.焊接电流为150~160A。焊补后的铸件经表面无损探伤检测无裂纹存在,其宏观硬度与基体材料相当,微观组织显示熔合面为较好的冶金结合。

Abstract:The broken-in defects of small hi-Cr cast iron roller castings were repaired by adopting manual electrical arc welding-repairing technique. The DJ052/D656 hi-Cr cast iron welding rods having the same material as that of the castings, were used, and the diameter of the welding rod was of 4 mm, welding current was 150-160A. The surfaces of the repaired castings were nondestructively inspected, no crack was detected, and their hardness was near to that of the base material. The microstructure showed that the welding zone was of a relatively good metallurgical junction.
