摘    要:利用单片机对电焊机焊丝送、抽速度和即时电压的测量,采用光电传感器将焊丝的上下直线运动转变为圆弧运动,在圆盘上开一个小孔,当圆盘转动时,产生两个即时脉冲,根据两个脉冲的间隔记出时间,再用周长除以时间得到焊丝的速度值并显示出来.控制焊丝的送、抽电压经A/D转换变成数字信号,经处理后显示出来,直观地反映出焊丝运动时的速度值和电压值.

Abstract:A single chip microcomputer was used to measure the feeding and withdrawing speed of the (welding) wire as well as the instantaneous arc voltage.The vertical linear movement of the welding wire is (converted) into an arced movement by a photoelectric sensor.The sensor receives light from the small hole on a rotating (disk) and generates an electric pulse.Based on the interval of the two pulses and the traveling (distance) of the hole on the disk,the wire feeding speed could be calculated and displayed.Through an A/D (converter,)the voltage controlling the wire feeding is converted into digital signals which can be displayed.The wire feeding speed and arc voltage can be directly given for the present apparatus.
