中国资源安全态势及其战略研究

资源安全特别是战略性资源的安全已成为21世纪人类社会关注的热点。中国加入WTO以来，经济得到飞速发展，但是资源供给能力的有限性和需求无限性之间的矛盾日益突出。保障资源安全成为中国经济持续发展的关键。简单介绍了资源安全概念，主要分析了中国目前的石油资源、矿产资源、水资源态势，指出了中国资源安全的几个特点，最后从中国的国情出发，提出了保障中国资源安全的战略对策。

Situation of Chinese Resources Security and its Strategies

The resources security, especially the security of strategic resources is a hot topic of human society in the 21st century. The entry to WTO make China develop fast in economics, but the contradiction between the finity of resources supply capacity and the infinity demand increasingly stands out. Now resources security is the key to guarantee sustainable economical development for China. In this paper, firstly there is a brief introduction to resources security, then, mainly analyzes the situation of petroleum resources, mineral resources and water resources, and points out the characteristic of China resources security. Finally, based on the situation of natural resources in our country, the strategies to guarantee resources security are put forward.
