摘    要:提出了一种新型的轴向柱塞液压电机泵,简要介绍了其结构和特点。运用计算流体动力学的方法对轴向柱塞液压电机泵内部流场进行数值计算与分析。主要分析了在转子转速不同情况以及转子转过不同角度时流道内的压力、速度等分布情况;研究结果表明,随着转子转速的增大,柱塞腔内的压力明显减小,但压力损失有所增加,因此在设计时该泵的转速不宜选取过高。通过对流场的对比分析能够判断流道设计的是否合理从而为流道结构的优化设计提供有效参考。

Analysis of internal flow field of a new axial piston hydraulic motor pump

Abstract:A new type of axial piston hydraulic motor pump is presented,and its structure and characteristics is introduced briefly.The flow field of the axial piston hydraulic motor pump is numerical calculated and analyzed by the use of computational fluid dynamics method.The pressure and velocity distribution of flow field at different speed and rotation angles is analyzed in the paper.The results show that with the rotor speed increased,the pressure of plunger chamber decrease significantly,but the pressure loss is increased,so the rotation speed of the pump should not be too high.Through comparative analysis of the flow field,it can provide an effective reference for optimal design of flow channel.
